About Irena
My name is Irena Marsalek and I am a current college sophomore at SUNY New Paltz studying for a degree in English Literature, with a minor in Film & Media Studies. My writing has won multiple awards from varying notable organizations such as Scholastic. I'm a patient, kind tutor who will tailor their teaching methods to each pupil's specific learning styles to ensure all students are encouraged and supported to evolve into the most academically gifted versions of themselves. I have written for several years, with general experience in childcare, and have also partaken in several internships revolving around editing, playwriting, copywriting, and other key literary industry positions. My experience is widely varied and accommodates hurdles of all kinds.
