I offer the simplest and most sustainable way for busy professionals regardless of time and lifestyle to achieve a fighter physique and eliminate 30 lbs of fat in as little as 12 weeks. I guide you step by step to eat what you love and have a body you are proud of!
I'm a board certified health coach and ex-pro Muay Thai Heavyweight Champion. I used to be a fat kid, so I know what its like to be unhappy in your body. Now, I apply what I learned as a fighter to help busy people take those last 30 lbs of fat off so they can get cut like a boxer — without getting hit in the face.

Perfect! Mike is a trainer, in every sense of the word. He doesn't just focus on one area. He personalizes a diet and exercise plan based on your starting point and your goals. He meets you where you are physically and mentally and elevates you to the next level. He is truly the most thorough teacher. He breaks everything down, answers questions and keeps encouraging you. I definitely recommend.
Perfect! Coach Mike has really improved my boxing skills and added to my military training. He has great technique and is very engaged. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to improve skills, fight, gain endurance, and have fun. I will continue working with him.

Coach Mike and the entire LOF team completely transformed my life. Coach Mike is board certified and it shows. He is extremely knowledgeable and motivating.
