About Corey
I am a trained boxer/kickboxer and have extensive experience in other forms of martial arts such as tae kwon do (7th degree black belt) and kempo karate (6th degree black belt). I was a three time world IMAC champion in kickboxing. I am a passionate and high-energy instructor with 30+ years of martial arts and fitness training. In addition to martial arts, I have taught TRX and strength/conditioning classes to a wide range of people and have done personal training for the past 12 years. I enjoy working with people of all ages and levels to achieve their personal health and fitness goals, and more importantly to have fun along the way!
I love to teach. I've been doing this since I'm three years old from Boxing and martial arts it's a way of life. And I love empowering people. When I see someone Excel picking up boxing or martial arts kickboxing it's an extension of Me
