About Coach
Boxing has been a passion of mine for over a decade. I have dedicated much of my life, time and effort into boxing. Being an athlete my entire life gives me a huge advantage in experience and expertise. I always give 100% to my students to help them meet their goals/ needs.
I love seeing RESULTS. Nothing is more pleasing to a coach then to fine tune their students skills as well as their physical form. Sharing my gift of knowledge in Self defense and boxing is a blessing and something everyone should posses. I enjoy working with passionate , motivated, excited and hard working students ready to make a change!
I have a Bachelors in Exercise Science , Certified Personal Trainer as well as a register and licensed USA Boxing coach. With over a decade of boxing experience, knowledge and studying, I am able to break everything down to the simplest form and teach at an accelarated pace.

Day 1 lesson. Learning a proper boxing/fighting position and how to move around the correct way. Learn the 2 most common used punches, the jab and the cross. Put them together in combinations, have fun and get a good preview of the workouts to come.
i work with students of all different background. Competitive fighters , fitness enthusients , people looking ght or get into great shape, and most importantly people who want to learn REAL SELF DEFENSE.
Be sure to state your goals, needs, exceptions and clearly state your reasoning behind wanting to train. That way a coach can design a plan for you and show you the process in advance.
