About Jay
Greetings all! I'm a second degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and I have trained and coached internationally. I have shared the mats from Carlson Gracie Jr all the way to Cyborg and Romulo Barral. I have had the pleasure of working with fighters from UFC, DREAM, WEC, IFL, DESERT FORCE, ONE CHAMPIONSHIP and others.
I have been training Bjj since 1998 and teaching since 2001. I have traveled the world and received awesome instruction from world champions.
