If you are looking to learn boxing (with proper techniques/form), improve your boxing, and also improve your fitness, I highly recommend working with Niles. He is not only experienced and professional but is also very patient and truly cares for his students. From working with Niles, my boxing has further improved, and I am able to catch the mistakes that I am making to improve on my boxing techniques. One of the things I love about working with Niles is when he provides the reason/"why" behind what we are working on. For example, he'll explain why a specific punch is added to end the combination because that is how you'll know whether you threw the 2nd to last punch correctly. He is also able to put the "theory" into practice by explaining what would happen in an actual fight. In summary, you'll learn a lot when working with Niles.

Coach was knowledgeable, wanted to work on my footwork first. Made sure I was throwing my jab with correct form. We worked on a jab, cross and hook our first session. He was funny and informative.
