About Jason
At HeroXDefense we design a program for the student to improve not only all skils related to learning self defense but we take pride on helping students learn confidence and self discipline.
What I enjoy most is seeing the student see and feel results by learning practical marital arts and self defense techniques.

At first contact with a new student I would ask pertinent questions relating to why the student wants to train. From the "why" I would develope a program that consists of practical self defense training that is easy to understand but at the same time designed to produce results in building self discipline as well as a sense of confidence.
