About Nikolas Quinn
Hello, my name is Nik. I'm a professional mma fighter. I wrestled for 13 years starting at age 3. I played 13 years of American Football, including 5 years of college football, and played in a junior college national championship. I've been practicing martial arts since 2007, including boxing, wrestling, Brazilian Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I can meet you at your place, or you can meet me at the fight gym, I train and fight at! I've managed multiple gyms, and love helping people! Whether you need to lose weight, gain muscle ,or develop skills, I can help you!
I love helping people. No better feeling in the world, than helping another person with their physical and/or mental health! Fitness is just as much physical as it is mental, and I love every minute of it!
I've been apart of fitness and combat sports for 30+ years. I've been personal training since 2013. I can help you with building muscle, slimming down, and developing techniques.

First session I get to know you, and feel you out. I ask for three measurable goals, I need to know about physical limitations and passed injuries. I'll test you out physically and ask lots of questions. Then ideally we meet three times a week (atleast), and help you reach your goals! You can contact me at any time and I can always be a fitness mentor to you!

He makes it fun to work out. He is non judgemental and meets you were you are at so you can move forward. He also pushes you, but not so much that you feel out of your depth. He's a fantastic trainer who knows how to transmit his vast martial arts knowledge to help you achieve your goals.
Guy is very knowledgeable and you can tel he’s lived this life for a long time. I trust his abilities and skill to be able to help me climb the same ladder. Really easy to get along with and super chill! Also works with you as far as payment goes, which is really appreciated!
