About Aaron

We are Galesburg's premier martial arts and self defense training center! We offer a comprehensive martial arts programs for all ages! We also offer exciting seminars with legends like Bill "Superfoot" Wallace and other leaders in the industry! Serving the Galesburg area since 2004.

Empowering people is our specialty! Teaching people how to set goals, boost their self esteem, increase physical vitality and learn practical self defense is the best job anyone could have!

Master level instructor, author with over 30 years experience.

About the lesson

Intro lesson to assess fitness, flexibility and goals.

We have worked with students as young as 4 and as old as 82. We specialize in helping students on the Autism Spectrum, ADD, ADHD.
