About Conrad
Martial arts and self-defense done well lead to a more meaningful life because everybody is fighting something! We offer FREE martial arts and self-defense training by a lifelong martial artist and Blauer Tactical Systems SPEAR-certified personal defense readiness coach serving the Lanham/Greenbelt/Bowie area for fifteen years. We care about your development as a person and want to make good people safer. That's why we do what we do.
I first began training in martial arts in 1985, began assisting in leading classes in 2005, and have been teaching as the lead coach since 2010.
I am a lifelong martial artist with a third-degree black belt certified in personal defense training with Blauer Tactical Systems.

All types, from fellow lifelong martial artists to special forces and law enforcement professionals to women anti-trafficking seminars in foreign countries.
Some of my fondest memories are from one-day women's seminars held in Costa Rica, Mexico, and the United States. The most recent one was held in Lanham, Maryland in August 2022.
These one-day seminars tend to have the biggest impact possible in the shortest amount of time. Not everyone wants to be a lifelong martial artist, but everyone can be made safer in one day.
