About Dionysis
I have a thorough understanding of kinesiology and anatomy, and have worked with every variable one could imagine when it comes to people over the last 14 years. I'm exceptionally meticulous. I literally watch your every move, program all of your workouts, and have 3 seperate means of keeping my clients accountable.
Seeing the growth and changes in people's bodies, quality of life, and character
I started in high school, covering classes for the main sensei or shifu (depending on the system). Then I went steaight into Personal Training after college.
I've been training in martial arts since the age of 5 (Kyokushin Karate, Northern Shaolin, Chen Tai Chi, Boxing, Muay Thai, and Wing Chun (Moy Yat and Jiu Wan) I've been a CPT through ISSA, NASM, NCSA, ISMA. I've worked in every big box gym in Atlanta, and numerous MMA/Boxing gyms as an instructor(American Top Team, X3, Bangkok Boxing, and Team Mongoose.
