A long conversation with the student and/or guardian to determine goals, needs, personality traits, strengths, weaknesses, social situations, etc. Then developing a strategy that is best suited for the individual. Which, as far as the work itself goes is all going to be pretty much the same. Fundamentals are always the most important step toward anything. The application of coaching would change based on each student’s needs.
