About Gil
I have been training martial arts my whole life, being bullied as a kid, it helped me to gain the confidence to believe in myself. I have been teaching and coaching for a very long time, training people that want to gain confidence, get in shape and even get in the ring. I have multiple certifications in the fitness industry and own a gym in Lomita, ca I love to help people, nothing else drives me!
