About Ian
We are one of the longest running and most successful MMA fight teams in SoCal. We just opened a brand new facility in Mid City. We do group and private training in MMA, BJJ, Kickboxing, Boxing and Fitness.
Teaching is a natural progression in the martial arts. Teaching is necessary to grow as a practitioner. Eventually everyone who wants to get the to next level must teach, to fully understand their art(s).
We have been training in Boxing, Traditional Martial Arts, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling and many other forms of combat as well as fitness our whole lives. We train some of the top MMA athletes in the world for the highest levels of competition. Multiple black belts and certifications in all these areas, plus over 15 years of practical application.

Call, Email or sigh up on our website for a trial class or a private session. Then come in and try out a class for free. For private sessions, discuss what you would like to do and achieve and we will set you up with the best coach for your needs.
We have trained everyone under the sun, from kids to senior citizens. From first timers to the top athletes in the world.
Cross check their credentials. Then if they are truly qualified or seem to be, work with them once to make sure your personalities gel.
We are proud that one of our longest standing members, one of the most talented and hardest working fighters finally got the call up to the UFC after being "next in line" for nearly 2 years!
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Just know what you want and trust that your coach is telling you what you need to do to get there. Many people don't want to hear what they need to do; they ask the questions, but they don't like the answers. It is a daunting task to get in shape and/or learn a martial art discipline. It is a lot of hard work and sacrifice. If you have a good coach, you need to trust your coach to tell you what you need to do. Of course not all coaches are good, but if you determine you found a knowledgeable one, you need to be coachable to get results.
