About Jason
I have been training in martial arts since I was 7 years old. My love and passion for the fighting and self defense arts has never left. I want to share this with people to help them with confidence, fitness, and self defense.
Starting with karate and wrestling until I graduated from high school then boxing and jiu jitsu when I have in the military.
I have competed in several boxing and jiu jitsu tournament, winning mnay of those matches.

I offer a ramp up program that consists of 5 weeks with two sessions per week to cover the essentials. This will teach the fundamentals and assess the students fitness. After which we can determine the direction and speed of the training program.
