About Dale
I hold N.Y.S. Teaching Certification (K-12) in the fields of Health, and Physical Education. Besides that, I stay certified in First Aid, C.P.R., A.E.D., Lifeguarding, Jeet Kune Do (Kickboxing, etc.), and am background checked/cleared!
Getting into a “flow state” where I feel more energized, more creative, and less stressed! Working with great teachers, and wonderful practitioners puts new experiences, relationships, and skills into life—the journey!
