About Ken
I teach women and teenage girls with no martial arts experience how to be aware and protect themselves. The techniques are simple yet effective, so anyone from the young to the elderly can participate and become more aware and safe.
I am a retired law enforcement officer with over 40 years of teaching experience. I teach group and private classes.
