About Elizarraras
Hello, my name is Coach Ray and it's a blessing to be able to help you guys on this journey. I don't take it lightly because I know your health is on the line, and due to that, I will give you 110% on my end. If you're open to learn and you have the heart, then I'm here to serve.
Every aspect of my job as a coach I love... i enjoy seeing individuals life's change when they make the decision to make contact sports like boxing,kickboxing, and Muay Thai a part of there life style it changes the individual in all areas like it did to me... and how did it change me? It built confidence, strength, self defense, my self esteem is great and knowing I could defend my self only if IF I had to... And after I learned all that I was able to compete... But most important of all I learned how to do it with humbleness...
I started training back in 2006... and I was only interested in training and I got asked to fight got a couple of venues and I said yes I fought some amateur and Semi-Pro bouts... I got injured many times and after I couldn't compete anymore due to the injuries I started coaching
By trade I'm a plumber but coaching and training and competing that's my heart so what I'm trying to get at is there is lot of physical work in Plumbing and I would relate to my coaching training / competing because of all the hard work and labor that use your body that you have to get used to when your plumbing just like you have get used to when your training coaching or competing

Weather its boxing or kickboxing we start off with the basic fundamentals technique and then everything will follow
I work with hockey players I work in rugby players football players soccer players softball players and baseball players basketball as well and just your average student... I have also worked with handicap crippled teenagers.

Details
It's negotiable if pricing is an issue to you then I will always give fair price to my work is $35 a lesson if you can drive to me I'll charge $30 for an hour's worth of work
