To tailor the training to what specifically they are looking for.
I typically like to work a couple of things and give the clients a few variations. Clients must always supplement cardio/strength and conditioning and weight training.
Toddlers, Childern, Teens, Adults and Seniors, Families and Small Groups.
Be patient and as questions and most of all keep an open mind and have FUN!
