About Roland
I love watching my students grow and improve both in confidence ans in their goals! I've been training for about 6 years and coaching/teaching for 3. I can teach you to fight, defend yourself or use martial arts to increase your fitness and confidence!
I actually started teaching as a means to pay for my gym dues, and then discovered a love for it!
