About Romar
I am an unorthodox trainer that will guarantee 1000% results. I do not brag about my track record nor my accomplishments because I still have so much further to go . Even though I have trained and trained with dozens of good fighters there is always room for improvement. My tactics for retraining are effective and I can assure you that the routines are everything but ordinary. I am tough and my excercises have had many people ready to submit within the hour but they stuck to it and became great contendet's in their circuits. So it is important to only call me if you want to get better at your all around skills. I have been in the fighting sports now for over twenty years and I know what it takes to be a competitor and a champion and as long as you trust my methods you can and will be both.
