Taking it slow to find a stance, learning beginner techniques, a guard tactic, how focus mits work, basic foot work and breathing.
6 years old to 73 .. beginner to a couple professionals
Make sure they are teaching proper Technique.
Do Google searches after a workout and compare. Make sure your coach knows your goals .. and picture of longevity
