About Jyotsna
I am an engineer by education and worked for 12 years in Data Science before turning into Montessori educator . I am working at Montessori in Redlands as student services tutor and elementary class assistant . I am elementary and adolescent trained in Montessori. My positivity, openness and sense of Wonder invites wonder in students and then I try to build my instructions around students interest to create excitement in learning. I believe all of us enjoy solving problems if we know how so I try to work on math problems with context and help students discover/develop their problem solving skills.
