About Alina
I am formally educated with a degree in industrial engineering. I have experience tutoring elementary, high school and college students. I have the ability to cater my tutoring lessons to what the student needs based on their learning style. I also am very understanding, patient, and eager to help students learn!

I like to start out with a brief conversation with the student to find out what they're having difficulties with and what they don't understand. From there, I can focus on that specific area, giving them problems of various levels of difficulty to pinpoint where exactly we should start building their skills and understanding.
I have wroked with high school and college to elementry, middle school, high school and college students
Math is a hard subject to learn and there are so many areas that can be more challenging than others. It doesn't mean that you can't learn them, you may just need an alternate way of looking at the problem in order for it to make sense. Don't give up!
