About Nicholas
I am currently a full time student at SIUe majoring in Chemistry with Secondary Education. I am passionate at helping others with understanding and thriving in course work. I am most comfortable tutoring those who struggle in the Math and/or Science field! Throughout school I have helped many fellow classmates and students when requested on by them. I am an Illinois State Scholar, member of National Honor Society, and part of the SIUe Dean’s List.
I am passionate for helping other achieve their goals and understand concepts they may be struggling with!
Growing up I always wanted to be a teacher. However, coming into college I decided I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do. And then after a year of uncertaininty I knew that teaching was my passion and that’s what I wanted to do!
I graduated high school in the Spring of 2018. I am currently a Sophomore at Souther Illinois University Edwardsville. Having a strong urge to help others and teach, I have found myself tutoring many classmates over the years and would love to expand this into helping those who need help!

Working with a new student can be weird or challenging for both the student and tutor. This is why I allow my students to choose how they prefer I go about tutoring. We work at your pace and focus on what you need! Whether you prefer to talk one on one via Skype, or another service like this, or working through lessons via email or phone call I give my students 100% of my time and dedication. Just let me know when you would like to work together and I will dedicate my time to that!
I have worked with students younger and older than myself. Whoever may need help, I will be there to try my best to provide help and information.
Choose a teache/tutor you feel most comfortable with. Learning is a challenge alone and is much harder when you struggle working with individuals! Be honest about how you feel towards your teacher so they can try to fix the problem or help find someone who can help you better!
A recent event I am most fond of is my accomplishment of being part of the SIUe Dean’s List!
