About Tyler
Working with students of all abilities to further their knowledge of Mathematics and English subjects. I have over three years of professional experience in the following subjects:
For Mathematics: Specializing in Elementary/Beginner Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II.
For English: Reading Skills, Sentence Structure, Essay Development and Analysis, and Research Methods.
I am currently a student at CSU Long Beach, majoring in Recreation. Prior to relocating to Southern California, I worked for a Community College as a Student Aide specializing in Adaptive English and teaching college students with disabilities how to produce transfer level coursework. I also worked as a Mathematics tutor at a local high school, specializing in Geometry and Algebra.

I have a strong passion for meeting the needs of students, to be able to help them achieve their goals in their education. My individualized approach is unique as during the first session we work on an academic gameplan to be able to help you succeed throughout the semester.
I have worked primarily with High School and College students (varying in age from 13-65). I have worked with students from all socioeconomic backgrounds, as well as abilities.
