About Zachary
My name is Zach Kyman and I've always loved Math and Science ever since I started learning the subjects in elementary school. I have a B.S. in Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, from which I graduated in 2018. I believe that my background- ranging from elementary math to advanced Calculus- will allow me to connect with and teach students of all levels.
I enjoy helping someone go from not understanding a subject to being able excel at it on their own. I believe that Math is the most important subject for students of any age because not only does it help them with whatever class they are in, but it also helps them learn problem-solving skills that can be transferred to any other subject/ situation in life.
I have a B.S. in Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines- one of the top engineering schools in the country. I also have job experience as an engineer, where I learned how to better explain concepts from those who I learned from while I was there. In high school I took as many math and science courses as I could so I should be familiar with any subject you may need help with.
