About Dylan
I am a 2nd year at UCSB. I excel at understanding course material, and my friends say I am a good teacher. I have experience with tutoring classmates in high school and college as well as teaching middle and elementary school kids in a coding summer camp. I wish to pass on the skills and approach that I learned to get high grades onto you, so that you can succeed in your academic endeavors.
I believe that still taking classes myself is a good thing, because high school courses and standardized tests like the SAT are fresher in my mind. My approach is to help you understand the basics of a topic first (e.g. definitions) - the rest will come a lot more naturally if you do. My number one goal is to help students pass their math classes and get the grade or score that you want. Also, if you go to UCSB I would be happy to tutor you.
I charge a very reasonable rate because I know how expensive private tutoring can be.

I have experience with tutoring classmates in high school and college as well as teaching middle and elementary school kids in a coding summer camp. I am a new tutor with around 50 hours of teaching experience total. I got a 790 on the SAT math section and a 35 on the ACT math section. At UCSB, I am a math major with a 3.80 GPA.
