About Jasmine
Mathematics - I am a big math nerd. I love setting up spreadsheets and calculating things, and I hope to provide some insight on how some of the subjects I tutor will actually provide real-life value. I am brand new to this, but am confident in my patience and persistence to help you out. I have taken college math classes up to Calculus 2 (ended semester with a B), but will only provide tutoring for algebra and lower, simply because I find it more fun and am more confident in my ability to help others understand these concepts.
No matter what I'm tutoring you for, I will do the utmost in my power to make lessons interactive and fun. I will try to learn about how you best learn and we'll make personalized lessons based on that. Give me a chance and you won't regret it!
I graduated from high school in 2014 in the top 20 students from my grade. I have since taken a few college classes, but due to finances, had to stop. I had maintained average A's during school in all of the areas that I offer to tutor in.

I will first want to go over expectations and goals. I will judge where you are and figure out problem areas. I'll also want to know how you best learn, if you don't know off-hand, we can take a short online quiz to help figure out what methods will work best for you. After we've got a good foundation to work with, I will work on a personalized lesson plan to get you started on completing your goals.

As I am new to tutoring, my prices have not been fully thought out. That being said, I will charge lower than average until I have more experience in this field. If a student is particularly behind in their studies and needs extra attention, I may charge a little more as I will be putting extra work into their studies to meet their needs. For now, we will work out pricing on an individual basis.
