About Taylor
Hello! My name is Taylor Robinson and I am a recent graduate of Robinson High School! Special OPS highlights the characteristics of Optimistic, Positive Service. I was voted by my peers as most Optimistic as a senior and I have been awarded the "Attitude is Everything" award at my work. I volunteer regularly at service events and my main focus is to make learning an optimistic and positive experience with a little bit of fun mixed in!
I graduated with Principals Honor Roll, with a 5.6331 GPA. I have taken a total of 8 AP classes, and I have taken the ACT 4 different times. I was also in NJROTC, Orchestra, Chamber Orchestra and five dfferent clubs including UNICEF, Future Doctors of America, Latin Club, National Honor Society and Sci-Fi Club. Next year I will be attending USF with a Bright Futures Medallion Scholorship to work on a Biochemistry Major!
In NJROTC, I was the third officer in command for the whole unit, and I attended to Area 7 Leadership Academy. Leadership Academy was similar to boot camp and lasted a week. Only the top 1% in the nation attend, and I have learned so many life skills from attending!
My favorite part of my work is the "a-ha!" moment. Sometimes, students understand everything but they just struggle to piece all the knowledge together. My most important goal is for the student to feel confident with the knowledge they possess, and that they may take that confidence to learn other materials!
I use to volunteer all the time with Vacation Bible School so I am accustomed to children. I also tend to get along proficiently with children of my parents friends!
I should also note that when I was younger, I used tutoring to advance my grades and skill levels! I understand how tutoring works and every parents goal when it comes to academic advising and tutoring!

I first assess a student ability by taking a diagnostic test. We will then figure out the students weaknesses and strengths. We will then work together to find a goal that is attainable and work hard towards that goal!
When choosing a tutor, I believe that it should never be about cost. Choosing a tutor is about finding a connection that inspired you to learn and to always do your best!
