About Diana
Ability to find best meditation style for each of my students. I can also integrate yoga into a meditation practice for my students. I am a certified Yogi specializing in Yin yoga where the poses are held longer to allow the body to open and deeply relax.
Helping people. Seeing them smile after they start practicing with me for a few weeks.
I have been doing yoga for 20yrs. I started teaching after a teacher encouraged me. After a neck surgery, I did a teacher training and now I can't imagine my life without yoga. Yoga has changed my life and became an important practice for my healing.
I have my yoga teacher certification 200RYT
