I started by leading women's hiking groups and I paired meditation along with the hiking trips. Then I started facilitating outdoor meditation events in the park in Houston.



I am a 100-hour Certified Meditation Teacher, Certified Mindfulness Coach Practitioner, and Certified Reiki II Practitioner
