About Cindy
I work with people who need help with anxiety and stress. As well as Weight Loss. I help take blocks away from them so that they can succeed in relationships and work and school environments. Not only do I use meditation but I Use Hypnosis.
I am a trained substance-abuse counselor. I am also a clinical hypnotherapist. I am also a certified life coach. I could help the client identify issues held in the body that are causing dis easeIn their body. I use art therapy as a technique as well.

I first talk to the student on the phone and then meet in person if possible. I ask questions because I am a counselor I want to know where the issues are coming from and how they want to help. After that we decide with the best action is for the client. My goal is to treat their issues and help them learn to do the same without me.
