About Kim
Chair Yoga is interesting and good for anyone who needs flexibility and balance. Chair yoga can be done any where and is so beneficial for your bones and joints. All poses are adaptible in a chair. The chair is also used a prop. I have been teaching chair yoga for 4 years.
I have been teaching power and gentle yoga for 9 years. I have (2) 200 hour certifications. The chair yoga certification was 15 hours.
