Founded in 2014, Jacquie Bird , Spiritual Wellness in Jersey City, NJ offers one on one Guided Meditation sessions which she calls StressBusters Guided Meditation which is an amalgam of Breath, Movement, Sound Healing, Aromatherapy (unless the client is sensitive), Journaling and Gemstones to create a safe environment of calm, balance and centering.
