About Shemone
I have 20 years + experience teaching martial arts.
Tai chi is and old method of controlling and managing your health and well being of you have tension i your joints such as arthritis or carpal tunnel syndrome by practicing the deep breathing techniques to remove stress and by learning how to be flexible and soft in your inner body is one of the keys to great health. But you must practice every day to feel or see any results in your training change is hard good focusing is not easy to come by but go through the fire 🔥 that is that path of hardness go through the fire off not giving up and let’s see what’s on the other side of you Aloha fitness
