About Premajyoti
At Golden Soul Yoga we offer the transformational practices of yoga and meditation to everyone. We deliver Holistic classes, programs, and healing modalities that foster growth, harmony, and the empowerment to expand.
We offer an atmosphere where people from all walks of life feel encouraged to come and begin their yoga practice, or to continue to develop and refine their existing practice. We partner you in the exploration of health, conscious living, and how to move the powerful process of self-discovery off the mat and into the world.

After an initial consultation, a bespoke Golden Soul Meditation program is designed for your specifically identified needs. You then return for a follow up session where we review the practices and an audio recording is made for you to take home and work with at your convenience.
