Hello beautiful souls, My name is Vee, Join me on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and spiritual transformation. I am Usui Reiki Master, Intuitive Medium, and Meditation teacher.
I assist people on their spiritual journey guiding and helping them in understanding their purpose, releasing their inner power, and deepening their spiritual connection to self.
Why meditate? Meditation enhances self-awareness, boosts happiness, sharpens your focus, and reduces stress; above all, it is your ultimate lifestyle changer. During the course, students will be introduced to a variety of meditation techniques, including breathing exercises. Meditation is such a powerful technique that, after only 8 weeks the brain’s structure changes.
