About Julie
I'm a Certified Health and Life Coach serving in the Arena of Health and Wellness for creative individuals who are past Divorce, are now Single and feel dissatisfied with their day job, and want more satisfaction from creating balance in life for opportunities with offering their creative ability and having a balanced life.
I love this work and have benefited greatly from the Transformational coaching myself. It all starts with want you want, and then we build on daily habits to get you there. As you find this ability to create habits that serve your desire, we discuss your beliefs and how transforming old belief patterns increases you ability to expand into your dersired state.
