About Randy
We are the only local center that teaches the Transcendental Meditation program which is uniquely different than other types of meditation that is easy, effective and enjoyable and supported by over 600 scientific studies. (concealed information)
We offer courses every week and once a month in Red Bank, NJ. I have teaching TM for 40+ years in parts of the world to over 1500 people of all walks of life.

The basic course is 4 days in a row for an hour and half on each day. Then we have a life time of follow up programs that are offered and are no cost after the first course that you take. The first day of the course is always taught on a one to one basis. This when you receive your private technique and then we have group classes after that.
