About Lyndsey
I have been professionally teaching meditation for over 5 years in NYC, and in the light of covid, have moved my services online. I teach traditional mediation techniques through a modern, relatable lense. I am a down to earth, real human being, not a guru. Let me help you implement this wonderful practice into your life.

About the lesson

After a beginning session where we both get to know each other, we will establish what you are seeking in particular and then I will taylor a series of lessons around your goals. Each lesson begins with a relaxing settling in, a short lesson explaining the technique, and then a period of guided mediation as I lead you through the process. At the end there is a period of reflection, sharing and question/answer.
