About Gina
Mindfulness is a practice that anyone can use at any time. It's all about learning to control your thoughts and emotions versus letting them control you.
This work is my passion. Not only do I love teaching, but I love teaching mindfulness to people and watching them discover capabilities within their own brains that they didn't even know existed.
A certified NYS teacher as well as a certified Mindfulness Coach.
