About Belinda
I have been teaching fitness classes for many years with certifications in group fitness , personal training , Pilates , and Yoga ....I love promoting healthy lifestyles for a strong body and mind, providing utmost attention to the individual need of the student
I love to teach every person how to start feeling good about their body with easy, basic moves to improve strength and flexibility,and good nutrition ... one step at a time will give a beginner more to look forward to in a strong healthy lifestyle ..
Working at local fitness studio while in college studying kiniesiology
1986 started working in the fitness field as a group/ private instructor for Woman’s World, World of Fitness, the first Curves, Int. ... since 1986 certified with AFFA as an instructor with high impact , low impact aerobics, step aerobics... ultimately personal trainer with people of all ages and special considerations, MS ,Parkinson’s ,diabetes . 2003 became YOGAFIT Instructor certified, 2013 RYT 200hr .
