About Playhouse
Playhouse Pilates is a mind-body studio and community specializing in teaching and making sense of the Pilates Method to help people live strong, pain-free lives through optimal Alignment and Movement. We also offer cutting edge Nutrition, Body Contouring, Personal Care Products and Services, as well as a Pilates Mastery & Teacher Training program that are geared toward transformation.
