About Ruth
Corestar is Auburn’s original pilates and wellness studio – voted Best of Seattle 2017 by CityVoter! We are a loving family of different types of people with unique goals, with a range of classes from private instruction to group fitness, nutrition counseling, Yamuna® Body Rolling, and more! The classes we offer are appropriate for beginners and those who already have a fitness base. Our group fitness classes include; Pilates Mat, Yoga, Barre, TRX, HIIT and Jump-Fit rebounding.
Our entire staff is invested in every single one of our clients and we are here for you in each step of your journey. Our small, boutique studio offers personalized attention and guidance with classes led by certified teachers. We serve people of all different ages and stages who are seeking a more vibrant life.
