About Dawn
I am an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (since 2004) & Professional Chef providing Personal Training (and Personal Chef) services to you in your home - I make house calls! (Cape Cod)
Personal Trainers provide accountability and can help you get started in fitness training, maintain an ongoing exercise program or jump you up to the next level.
My philosophy is that a fitness program should be effective, varied and especially FUN!
My background in fitness along with my healthy attitude to all things culinary, allow me to help clients achieve a well-rounded approach to obtaining and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Fitness! Food! My favorite things!
I enjoy meeting people and helping them achieve their goals, being their biggest supporter!
I also learn something new from each client, that helps me formulate fitness programs.
