About Carlos
I'm the co-founder toptrainersondemand. I specialize in total body transformations and I have worked alongside a number of clients in my coaching facilities based in San Diego.I specialize in fat loss and muscle building transformations by using resistance training and a focus on nutrition. I can get you outstanding. results in short time.
I get to meet, interact with, and connect with many different clients everyday! It is so uplifting being a part of someone’s journey to a living a healthier lifestyle.
