About Gabrielle
I started teaching dance in high school and over the years I have developed more passion for teaching in different modalities. I found teaching through admiring my teachers and the time they took to not just teach material but life lessons such as when I was pushing to much and needed to take time to care for myself.
I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance they included self awareness and injury prevention work. I have my NASM CPT, AKT Trainer Certification and a Pilates Certification. I am constantly learning and excited about learning.

My typical process for working with a new student is to find out about their movement history. What do they enjoy, what to they not enjoy, past or current injuries, and what are their goals. We will talk about how they feel most supported and what approaches they do not respond to.

I loved my overall experience with Be Still Pilates. My normal workout routine is high intensity so it was very nice to have a change of speed in my day to breathe and connect with the movements. Gabirelle really works your strength level and pushes you to places where you didn’t think you’d be able to be at. And with all this I was left with my muscles feeling worked and sore in a good way.
