Lisa Sabato is a seasoned fitness professional with over 40 years of experience in the industry. She has taught group fitness classes ranging from cardio, HIIT, and aerobic dance to stretch and ballet barre workouts. She has worked one on one as a personal trainer and spent many years teaching Pilates. She is also skilled in Thai yoga massage, an ancient, sacred bodywork that fuses rhythmic motion, energy line work, and stretching into a healing modality. Lisa has an intense devotion toward health and healing; she considers it a gift to share her passion with others. Lisa defines herself a teacher and loves to see her students learn and grow.
