About Steve
I take the time to make sure all my clients learn the body mechanics of the exercises we do. I am a stickler for good form, without it you have injuries.
When I realized I was missing something in my everyday job, I had no rewards. There is nothing like the feeling of helping someone reach a goal that they thought was too hard to achieve.

At first I was apprehensive to go to a person's house for training. However, when I got there, I realized that it was completely safe. Steve lives in a safe neighborhood, and his wife is often upstairs while I am there. As for the workouts, Steve keeps things interesting. He changes my workouts frequently, so that I don't get bored. He is very knowledgeable about physical fitness, which shows in how he organizes my workouts. I am happy with my results as well. I am down 2 pants sizes, and have lost over 20 lbs.
